Motiv8 Sports and Fitness (Motiv8sf) is the brainchild of Farhan Rauf and Samir Sawhney, created in 2013.

Both have delivered and led PE and club activity in the UK, Asia, Africa and the Middle East and have a deep passion for delivering high quality community sport and physical activity provision.
About Sam: Having participated in various sports from the moment I could walk, I can offer a real hands on approach to making sessions fun, safe and well planned!
Fun fact: I worked in Dubai at a football academy from 2017 to 2018!
About Farhan: You name it I have delivered it when it comes to sport! I believe sport is a great conduit to develop skills for life.
Fun Fact: I was a lead PE practitioner at a college in Kenya for 2 years!

We recognise our responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people in regards to the Children’s Acts of 1989 and 2004. The 2004 Act states that anyone under the age of 18 is considered to be a child or young person.

All staff are expected to take part in regular upskilling to keep up to date with best practice.

Participants will at times be registered on our programmes.
This is done to have contact information in case of an emergency, or if sessions are affected by circumstances outside of the coaching team’s control, such as poor weather conditions.
Data will be stored securely, and will not be used for anything other than for the above described purposes, or to inform about new offers and events that may be of interest to registered families.
